All orders are shipped to F. O. B. Bessemer, AL. Orders will ship via UPS or by common carrier, whichever is most cost effective based on size of order. Unless the order is prepaid, C.O.D. fee will be included in shipping and packaging charges. Prepayment is recommended to avoid excessive C.O.D. charges. CCI is not responsible for delays and damages in shipping, so please report any freight damage to the delivering driver. Note the problem on the bill of lading to assure that a freight claim can be filed and processed without delay.
